Slovakia, Vranov Transport List, 1942

In 1942, over 50,000 Jews were deported from Slovakia to Nazi concentration camps. This collection contains the names from two of the transports. One occurred on May 18, 1942 and was from Vranov nad Topľou, Slovakia. The other was in May of 1942 and was from Poprad. There are about 1000 names in this collection.
