Ancestry AU & NZ Re-launches the Monthly Newsletter

The Ancestry AU & NZ Newsletter is live!

We’re excited to share that the first edition of the revived, revamped and reinstated Ancestry Monthly Update newsletter has officially gone out yesterday. Did you receive it?

It’s our way to keep you – some of our most dedicated and experienced customers – up to speed on the latest product updates, local community events, upcoming content releases on the site and much more.

If you couldn’t find the newsletter in your inbox, you might need to check your Ancestry account settings.

To reach those settings, first log in to your Ancestry.com.au account.

Once you log, you’ll be directed to the home page and from there you can access your account by clicking on your name in the top right corner – as per the image below;

 

 

After you’ve clicked your name, you’ll need to click on ‘Account Settings’ & the ‘Account Settings’ page will then load.

 

 

Once it does, the next step is to click on ‘Communications’.

This will take you to the ‘Communications Settings‘ page where you can adjust which notifications you receive and via which method (email or push).

For the newletter, you will want to ensure you have the following category switched on for emails, and also push if you’re an Ancestry app user.

 

That’s it! Going forward you will receive the newsletter each month, along with all the great tips, news and discounts that can come with it.
