Scott,

I beleive I'm tied to Richard Terry, but will need assistance in verifying the lineage. My ggggrandmother was

Amelia Terry b. 9 Feb 1852, d. 1929 (Oakland County, MI)

parents: Jacob Terry b. 22 Dec 1816 (NY), d. 26 Dec 1888 (Oakland County, MI) married Racheal Kelly b. 20 Feb 1823 (VT), d. 22 Jan 1890 (Oakland County, MI)

parents of Jacob Terry are:
William R. Terry b. 10 Mar 1794 (NY), d. 10 Feb 1845
Hannah Lusk b. 5 Feb 1799, d. 18 May 1836

Parents of William R Terry are:
William Nathan Terry b. abt 1760 (NY), d. 20 Jan 1840 (Oakland County, MI)
Eleanor Lewis b. Oct 1776 (NY), d. 29 Aug 1845 (Oakland County, MI)

Parents of William Nathan Terry are:
Parshall Terry b. 8 Aug 1734 (NY), d. 15 May 1811
Deborah Clark b. 22 Jun 1736 (NY), d. Jul 1778

From Parshall to Richard, the lines seem well documented. I'm looking for information to verify this portion of the lineage. SAR records show William Nathan Terry as a patriot buried in Waterford Center Cemetery, Oakland County, MI. There are 2 William Terry's in the cemetery, one is too young to be William Nathan as the headstone dates are 1843-1807. Just wondering what if any information you, or anyone else can offer to assist?

Thanks,

Matt Shelton
